The OPA4348 web page suggests the TLV6004 and TLV9044.

Other alternatives might be possible, but that would require knowing what electrical characteristics you actually need.

To add on to Clemens' great suggestions, if you could include a schematic with what your inputs/desired outputs are, or if you have a table of electrical specs you need, this would greatly help in finding a replacement for OPA4348.

Examples can include but are not limited to:

Supply rail
bandwidth
common mode range
output swing
slew rate
quiescent current
short circuit current
