I rebuilt the system and got different results as well. The first time I built the THS section and the transient response seemed to good, so I added the LF411 but copied the other parts.

Related question, I'm looking for a replacement for a AD8024 which I sim'd in LTSpice and has slew issues. It reports slew of 2400V/us but I''m seeing 350. Are your results believable?

Can I import the AD8024.cir file? I imported it into the text editor and it compiles but can I add it to the schematic editor?

I'm glad you were able to import the model. As to your question about the slew performance modeling for the THS3091, I should point out that the macro file header lists the following regarding slew performance: "SLEW RATE IS CORRECT AT 2VSTEP BUT DOES NOT INCREASE WITH STEP SIZE AS ACTUAL DEVICE DOES"
