Hello Jimmy,

Can you provide the full schematic, showing the input signals and the MOSFET?

Also, what is the exact part number of the MOSFET? Gate capacitance? Threshold?

Is the top zoom channel the output? It looks like it is coming down from 4V, which is above the 3V supply.
