Hi Cera,

as the TLV9004 is a low cost OPAmp I don't think that such long term data exists or is intended to be published for the TLV9004. But you might want to read this link:

Customer gets back for another question about offset. In our datasheet, we have offset voltage vs common mode chart, would the temperature influence this performance?
