I am planning to design a resolver interface based on this application note

I noticed on page 2 , figure 2 that the voltage buffers are in positive feedback configuration.
Isn't that a mistake ? Wouldn't that lead to instability?

Yes, it is a typo.
Since you are looking at resolver power amplifier driver, let me tell you about our latest integrated power amplifiers for resolver driving application in ALM2402F-Q1, ALM2403-Q1 products.
