Looking for ESD level data on the OPA703NA/250 and /3K devices. Quality report refers to the data sheet… data sheet has no information. Thanks!

Hey Richard,

I am contacting the team and looking in our old databases for this part. In the meantime is this for a new project or for an existing one? If it is a new product, might I recommend the OPA990 as a replacement? We currently have stock on ti.com for this device!

The device passed 2kV HBM, CDM was not tested.
