LMH6552: edge waveform distortion when square input test

Hi Team,

We are using LMH6552 in oscilloscope AFE, to convert SE to differential signal to drive ADC. Schematic shows below:

We use 1kHz square wave to input the circuit, generally we wish to get a pure square waveform at the output of LMH6552, however the actually waveform shows below, the edge of square signal shows slightly uplift, which is distortion for DAQ system. The wavefrom is captured at BAV99 side, and we confirm it is also repeated when measure pin4/5 of LMH6552, but not repeat when measure at pin 1/8. 

We also try to remove BAV99/all  parallal capacitors at signal chain, but nothing changed. 

Could you help to explain what's the reason for that? and any method to solved it? thanks.
