Similar to the post shared by Kai, there is no difference in these devices:
Overall, you will see devices that have G4 with the lead finish NiPdAu, G3 will indicate the lead finish of SN, and where there is not G3 or G4 the lead finish will either be NiPdAu or Sn (see reference here).
However in this case both of these devices are NiPdAu, so there is no difference between these devices.
