LMH6629: Input bias current temperature drift

Hi,

The input bias current temperature drift for the LMH6629 is not specified in the datasheet (online or pdf Rev I) - can anyone supply me with nominal/worst case specs, or data from a measurement please?

Hi Nic,

but the maximum input bias current over the full temperature range is specified. And to estimate the typical temperature drift of input bias current see figure 46:

(22 - 6)µA / (125 + 40)°C = 100nA/°C
