OPA454: alternative solution for OPA454AIDDAR

Part Number: OPA454

Dear team,

Do we have any alternative solution for the OPA454 (OPA454AIDDAR) with the following parameters:

  1. Package SO8 or SOIC-8 (necessary)
  2. Vsupply 0/80V sigle side, +-40V dual, min 70/60V but better if 80V
  3. Iout min 40/50mA
  4. Operating temperature range 125°C (necessary)
  5. pin FLAG or Enable not necessary

    Hi Giorgia,

    We do not have alternative solution to meet all the requirements 1-5 above. SO-8 or SOIC-8 package do not come with heat sink, and it is unable to handle the heat dissipation for the required power amplifier.  

    Based on your design requirements, you may have to go with discrete op amp + current booster approach.
