INA125-DIE: INA125-DIE vs. INA125 noise density @1kHz in part selection table, no datasheet.

Part Number: INA125-DIE
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA125,

The white Noise Value for the INA125-DIE is listed to be 0.8nV/sqrt(Hz) in the part selection table in comparison to the 38nV/sqrt(Hz) for the INA125, but no separate data sheet is linked

  • Is that difference to the packaged version credible?
  • Given that that value is only listed in the selection table and not in a separate datasheet, should I consider it at all to be specified?
