芯片供电：V+连接+100V，V-连接-12V，是否合理？
Yes 合理. The recommended operating voltage is ±75Vdc for a symmetrical dual supply voltage rails, and the total Vs delta, Vs = V+ - V- = 150Vdc (the absolute max Vs. supply is <160Vdc).
With V+ = 100Vdc and V- = -12V, Vs = 100 - (-12) = 112 Vdc <= 150Vdc, which the asymmetrical voltage supply rails are safe to operate without issues.
Below is the input common mode voltage requirements, where input voltage has to be: -11V < Input_voltage < 97V per the asymmetrical supply rail requirements (for linear operation and behaviors).
