I am designing a new product using the OPA445. I have tried to simulate it using Tina but the output does not seems to be amplified. Can anyone help?

Hi Vicent,
As Kai pointed out, the simulated OPA445 exceeds its current limit. The Gain = -16.5V/V, and output should be -16.5V/V * ± 0.9Vpk, if I assumed the red color is your input signal, please see the image below.
