TLC082: TLC082ID Marking issue

Part Number: TLC082

Good day all.

Previously we have purchased TLC082ID from TI estore.

Per feedback from our engineering team, the device marking is not match with datasheet provided.

Physical stocks marking is 6E016; however, per datasheet, it should be C082I.

Seek for urgent advice for this issue.

The database at ti.com/packaging/docs/partlookup.tsp does not know about any device with "6E0".

Hi Clemens, does it means I have received a wrong products which are not belongs to MPN# TLC082ID ?

Hi Li,

is it the top marking you show or the bottom marking?

In any case, do only buy from an TI's authorized distributor. This is expecially important in these days of worldwide component shortage.

Hi Kai, the parts were purchased from TI.com. As there are some concerns from our end customer and engineer teams, so I am here to seek for some advice on the marking.

Hi Ron, may I know what do you mean? Does it means this might be the bottom part of it? The correct marking which match with datasheet (C082I) should be located on the top of the part? Thanks.

Li,

C082I will be the top line on the top side of the op amp.
