According to Table 3 of the datasheet, it seems that 22uF cap is used for C1/C2. But the part number, TAJD685K035R is 6.8uF.
Could you tell which is used in the EVM correctly?

Hello Takahashi,
Thank you for catching the error in Table 3. C1/C2 are decoupling capacitors for the power supplies to the device, and we would recommend these capacitors to be equal to or larger than 6.8uF. Both values will work, but I would suggest to use the part number TAJD685K035R which is 6.8uF.
