Part Number: USB2ANY
Hi,
Customer is encountering issue when using the TI devices ,please see details below.
I have my USB2ANY connected to my BQ79600 bridge over SPI, currently I have all the 10 pins on the USB2ANY "J4" port connected to the BQ79600 bridge "J4" port. Everything works fairy well when I have the above mentioned setup but the moment I hook a logic analyzer to the above setup just the SPI lines and GND, the BQ79600 bridge disconnects and I am not able to communicate with the bridge, cant even wakup or power down the device. Please advice on what could be going wrong and what are the minimum number of lines to be connected in between USB2ANY and BQ79600 for me to communicate over SPI effectively?
Additional information:
As soon as I connect the logic analyzer, the 'D3' LED on the BQ79600 board goes out, I unplug the same D3 is back again, this behavior is repeatable. Logic Analyzer I am using is a Saleae Pro 16. The input impedance of the logic analyzer is pretty high as well, please refer to the screenshot attached
Thanks.

May
