I was looking for SMD equivalents for OPA2335AIDGKT for a legacy design. The part should work from -55C to +85C as minimum requirements. I checked OPA2335AMJG, but it doesn’t meet the specified temperature requirements. Could you please help?

    There are standard temperature ranges for electronic components:

    • Commercial: 0 ° to 70 °C
    • Industrial: −40 ° to 85 °C
    • Extended Industrial: −40 ° to 125 °C
    • High Reliability:  −40 ° to 150 °C
    • Enhanced Product/Military: −55 ° to 125 °C

    OPA2335M is the military grade part that is specified for -55C to 125C temperature range (see below) BUT it may not be in TI inventory.  

    However, there are similar OPA2333A-EP (dual) and OPA333A-EP (single) parts available with temperature range from -55C to 125C - see below.
