LMH6612: High bandwidth Current sensing circuit

Part Number: LMH6612
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO224, AMC3301

Hi Team,

I am building a circuit to detect current of a media high voltage circuit (400VDC, 0~8A), bandwidth need to be at least 20MHz.

As HV ground cannot be same as sensing circuit, I am trying instrumentation amplier, and did simulation with pspice.

I build a prototype, when I use arduino generates a PWM pluse and divide by 2 resistors, put the PWM pluse as input of the sensing circuit, the output looks ok, as the following picture.

But when i connect the sensing circuit to 400VDC, the output is not as expected. could anyone help advice how to improve it, thanks in advance.
