LMV761: LMV761 - XRF RESULTS

Hi experts,

We did a XRF check on the LMV761MFX/NOPB with date-code D/C:2201.

There's a mixed results showing Pb reading on 3 pieces of random samples.

We took reading of 2 part# to cross out errors of equipment mal-functioning,

Please:

1. advise if the reading and existence of Pb material is normal in this component.

2. share a material composition list of LMV761MFX/NOPB.

There should be no lead at all. For the materical content declaration, see ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=LMV761MFX/NOPB.

The lead frame plating of the LMV761MFX (without /NOPB) would contain 15 % (150000 ppm) Pb.

How many pieces did you test? Did you get these devices from an authorized TI distributor?

Hi Clemens, we tested 3 pcs out of a 100pcs.
These are from franchised TI channels. There's no other discrepancies except for the present of Pb.
