Hello,

in a PT1000 temperature measuring application there is a amplifier (14 pin IC, analogue output 0-10V or 4-20mA) with markings "logo of TI", "F2013", "98TC4 or 98TG4" and "COSD F".

I cannot find the data sheet for this.

Does anybody know this IC and can help for the data sheet?

Using the Part Marking Lookup Tool: https://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/partlookup.tsp ,

you will see it is as Kai suggested the MSP430:

Hello Leonard and Kai,

great and many thanks for your help and the hint to the lookup tool.

I never had the idea, that this IC could be a signal processor.
