LM2903MX/NAK1 - Meaning behind suffix

Hello,

What, if anything, can you tell me about the significance of the /NAK1 suffix on this part number? We have some guidance on the /NAK2 suffix and how it relates to differences in wire bonding material but nothing on /NAK1. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Hello David,

These are custom devices, so we cannot go into detail in a public forum.

But basically, the difference between the "1" and "2" is the lead plating, epoxy and leadframe. The die is the same.

Essentially, they are similar to the LM2903MX/NOPB. Is there a specific question on the device?

Hello Paul,

The only question I had was around any differences between the standard and the /NAK1 but I also understand that you cannot discuss special devices on this forum. If they are essentially similar to the /NOPB then I will have our sales team offer as such with these differences in mind.
