TLV07: Different Lead frame. Is this situation normal?

Part Number: TLV07

Hello,

I have a batch of TLV07IDR arrived recently. 

But the lead frame is different from my history record.

Could you please check and advise if this is a normal situation?

    Hello Louise,

    The TLV07IDR is assembled at two different TI facilities and they use slightly different lead-frames, having different part numbers. Therefore, this indicates you have received devices from the two different TI facilities.

    Hello Loiuse,

    TI does not openly disclose any information about our products other than what is provided in the product datasheet and on the product web page. This applies to the TLV07. The materials information is considered company confidential because it could be used by our competitors to their advantage. Therefore, I am unable to provide you with the specific information for the two different lead frames used for the TLV07.

    If your company has a non disclosure agreement (NDA) signed with TI you may be able to obtain the lead frame information by working through the direct TI distribution chain, or through the authorized TI distributor from whom you purchased the product.
