Requesting doping concentrations and internal dimensions

Hi,

I am trying to model BC550 C, npn bipolar transistor in COMSOL. Can I have the npn region's doping concentrations and internal dimensions for this simulation?

If BC550 C is not available, can I get the above mentioned details of a BC550 C electrical parameters' equivalent?

TI does not make the BC550.

Hello Ganga,

As Clements stated, BC550 is not a TI device, nor does TI produce transistors. In addition, the internal processes such as doping are proprietary, so this information would not be provided.
