Hi Support Team.

In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.

Please tell me ESD data (HBM data , CDM data) of TLC2264CPWR.

After checking the link destination, it is described as follows.

"Qualification testing on the TLC2262 was to 1000V with zero failures."

Is 1000V HBM or CDM?

Yutaro,

The link stated that we have data for 1.5kV CDM, 2kV HBM. Again this is not a datasheet specification but is informational only.
