RF amplifier with high gain and high slew rate

I want to amplify an RF signal of 600 MHz and 1Vpp to minimum 15 Vpp. Ideally should be an integrated circuit and with an Input and Output 50 Ohm impedance matched EVM.

Any recommendations?

Hi Rory,

you would need an amplifier with a slew rate of 28300V/µs.

Hi Rory,

We see you want to amplify a 1 Vp-p signal to a 15Vp-p signal @ 0.6 GHz. Can you please provide more information on the slew rate, P1dB, OIP3 & Noise Figure (NF) specifications?
