I have been using OPA4171/ 4991 for some of my guitar preamps and pedals. These are out of stock for quite a while and I need to find suitable alternatives.
The opamp package needs to be Soic 14/ and, it will be powered by 9v battery, so low power consumption is important, have good enough audio specs and as low noise as possible.
Any recommendations for alternatives?

Both Kai and Clemens are right, there are a few ways of approaching this. Kai showed a great list of alternative components, while Clemens suggested a longer term solution for better design robustness.
To make further recommendations to Kai's list, out of all of the devices in his list, I would recommend the TLV9154, TLV9354, and TLV4171 as these are the closest fits. Clemens suggestion of having alternative footprints has been pretty popular as of late. We have a Second-sourcing options for small-package amplifiers document that talks about how to second source using a secondary (smaller) footprint alongside the primary footprint. This document isn't a perfect fit for your needs seeing how you are using quad-channels but it should help you better understand the second sourcing options. I've also made a quick second sourcing footprints for quad packages. As shown below, there is a TSSOP to SOT-23-THIN and SOIC to X2QFN.
