Hello,
I am looking for family recommendations for a driver capable of handling 90 pF CCD load @ 40 MHz. Voltage level will swing between -5 to 8V /w a target rise / fall time of less than < 10 ns.
Thanks,
Daniel

Daniel,
The fastest interface we have in our product line is RS485 at a maximum of 50Mbps, which would still be too slow for what you need at 80Mbps. To be honest, I'm not familiar with the typical communication used with a CCD device, but I've notified our High Speed Interface group of this post to see if they can help out.
