USB2ANY: Compatible with camera or only with EVM

When I check the USB2ANY, it mentioned that it only work with EVM. As we are building a camera, we could take the I2C(SDA,SCL,GND) to USB2ANY. Is that possible to use ALP to config 953, ISP and sensor from PC?
