Figure 35 shows the Closed Loop Output Impedance being 300ohms at 200MHz:

This is quite high for an amplifier that can drive a 200ohm load at 500MHz (Av = 1) as shows in Fig. 4. So I am wondering if the graph in Figure 35 has an error on the Z (ohm) scale?
Simulating with TINA and driving the output with a 1mA current source:


Get
-24.66dBohm = 58mOhm at 100kHz
0dBohm = 1ohm at 20MHz
+20.67dBohm = 10.8ohm at 200MHz
So about 11ohms at 200MHz. This seems more reasonable.
Is there a Z (ohm) scale error in Figure 35? And if so, what is the actual output impedance at 200MHz?
