Need help w/ hysteretic comparator

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2903

Hello,

I'm trying to build a hysteretic comparator with about 1V of hysteresis.  Thresholds are 12.3VDC and 11.3VDC.  Trying to use LM2903, but can't find support for this in any simulators.  Used LTC1017 (no open collector) and a few others.  Of course, sims work perfectly.  On the bench I get no/little hysteresis.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Supply voltage comes in to BATT (10-15VDC) and is the 'compared' quantity.  This circuit is for low-voltage disconnect of a 12V lead-acid battery and I need hysteresis because it 'bounces' when loaded. R41 ties to BATT through a 301k resistor and actuates a PMOS pass element to turn on the rest of the ckt.
