XTR115: XTR115 output current drift during IEC61000-4-6: Conducted Immunity test

Part Number: XTR115
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: XTR117, XTR116, DAC8551, XTR111

Hi,

We are facing issues in the XTR115 chip (4-20mA Transmitter) during the EMI/EMC Conducted Sustainability (CS) Test of our product.
The issue is that 4-20mA current output value is drifted from 4mA to 6mA  on the 0 value pressure. We have checked input voltage is same but output current is drifted by default.
We have to replace with the new chip then we will getting logical current output.
We have used same circuit which is shared by TI.
Can you please help us the resolve the issue?
We are sharing schematic as well as layout snap here.
