Hello, while trying to design a TIA using OPA855, I'm seeing some stability issues. Here is the circuit and result.

Here are the AC and transient step response results.


The component values were picked based on the TIA calculator xls (0508.TIA_Calculator.xlsx) provided by TI.

It seems that the peak seen around 3GHz is related to a similar peaking seen in the open loop response shown in the datasheet.

Overall it appears that the open loop response is not only not single pole, it is showing some kind of internal resonance and as such the 8GHz GBW is not usable. Can you please help with inputs regarding how one could go about making a 1.5GHz bandwidth TIA with OPA855?
