THS9000: Supply current

Hi Taketo Sato,

Please find below the response on the device supply current:

1. The THS9000 current supply is 100mA for the condition with Vs = 5V and R(bias) = 237ohms, L(col) = 470nH.
2. We don't have data on the current drawn through Rbias, however, a 1/8W resistor is used for the EVM. You can still measure the voltage drop across a 0805 resistor of your desired value to determine the current. It should be less than a milliamp.
3. Pin-5: The majority of current likely will flow through the inductor. We would recommend having a resistor (of your desired value) in to characterize it if you need a specific value.
