Hi everyone,

About two years ago, this was posted:

Any updates on the DSG-8 WSON package? To this day, the only package info on this part is a 3D rendering (that I could find). See this datasheet, for example:

    Welcome to E2E! 

    In the TSV912 datasheet, I see the DSG package dimension information starting on page 40 and it looks like this package version is active. Is this what you were looking for? If you have further questions, please let me know!

    Yes, thank you, Ashley!

    I have two versions of that same datasheet rev, with different package sections, but I'm wondering if it's my browser's PDF reader. Anyway, yes, the page you mention now appears for me.

    You may want to look at the "Find TI Packages" section of the website. My browser (which may be deceiving me) still shows the old 3D rendering with no dimensions for the DSG package.
