OPA656 import issue

Hi,

I'm not able to import the p-spice model of OPA656 into ADS. ADS hangs every time I try to import this model. Please let me know if this is a known issue.

ADS (Advanced Design System) is a circuit simulator by Agilent..

There is another forum dedicated to simulation issues under Support Forums > Development Tools > Analog eLab and Tools > Simulation and Models Forum. Someone there may be able to assist you, however, without an error message of some kind, I agree with Neil that perhaps you can ask Agilent for some insight.

This other thread (http://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/high_speed_amplifiers/f/10/p/38818/135640.aspx#135640) discusses an ADS and HyperLynx import issue due to an unsupported Pspice switch model, but I do not see any such models in the OPA656 macromodel code.

Thanks Kristofer. True, there is no such switch model in OPA656.
