The diagram you present is not an SBD, but a diagram of the ESD diodes inside the block. Is this the detail the customer desires here? If so, can you explain why they need this information? In my opinion, this would simply complicate the functional information, as the ESD cells are not important to the block diagram, provided the customer is operating the device inside the absolute maximums of the device.

the key element of the INA181 is the box called "Bias" as shown in figure 48 of datasheet. What's going on in this box is a TI's company secret and I don't think that you will get any detailed information on this bias circuitry from the manufacturer.

Kai is correct here. We will not be able to share the internals of the input stage. Please let me know what additional detail the customer was looking for here.
