THP210: SPICE model

Part Number: THP210

Hello Team,

My customer would like to know if we do have a SPICE model with PD pin?

Regards,

Renan

  • Hi Renan,

Unfortunately, the THP210 TINA or PSPICE models do not incorporate the PD pin function. The model focuses on the fully-differential amplifier DC and AC performance parameters, such as offset, PSRR, CMRR, noise, Gain and phase over frequency, output impedance over frequency, input and output range limitations.

The THP210 consumes a quiescent current of 20μA max while in the power-down state. When the amplifier is in the power-down state, the amplifier outputs are in a high-impedance state. There is some discussion on the datasheet on sections 8.3.2 (p.16) and section 9.1.5 (p.24) on the THP210 datasheet that may be of interest. To force the FDA into the low-power mode, drive the PD pin lower than the threshold voltage (Vs+) - 2V.

    Thank you and Regards,

    Luis
