USB2ANY: cannot connect USB2ANY

Hello,

I am strugling to connect to the USB2ANY part.

It connects to my computer as vendor 2047 composite2

When I start the USB2ANY explorer it tells me i need to update the FW but when i follow the procedure it tells me it was disconnected but I actualy did not disconnect it.

When I connect via the web app, the connection fails. the serial port config tools sees Unnamed HID device.

I am not sure what to do to connect, could you help please?

Hi Pierre,

Could you tell us which product USB2ANY is interface with? We have 3+ teams that are using the product and I'd like to transfer to the proper team. The PRAMPS do not support this product.

Hi,

I am using the HPA665-001, with the online charger GUI. I think its an issue with my computer, I tried with an other and it worked fine.

Hi Pierre,

The charger GUI requires the latest firmware be installed in the USB2ANY box. Installing the software is relatively straight forward but it requires that you press an almost hidden button with a paperclip.
