Hi,
I was trying to run a spice simulation with the BUF634A high-speed buffer but I get this error.
I imported the BUF634A spice model from the TI webpage.
Thanks in advance,

Hello Jerome,
I have replicated your issue on my device; I am looking into the cause for such a behavior.
Best,
Alec
Hello Jerome,
I have the solution: when importing a model into PSPICE, you must ALSO add the .lib library file into the simulation profile when you create a new simulation.
For example, with the BUF634A zip folder for PSPICE, there is a .lib file called buf634a_a. This is the library file for the model; the model information is contained in the .OPJ file extension. In order to add the buf634a_a.lib file to the simulation profile, go to the configuration tab/menu when you are in the create or edit window of the simulation profile:

Please follow along with these annotated screenshots to add your buf634a_a.lib file to the simulation profile configuration tab. You may 'add to Global' if you wish, but I usually keep my library files associated with each design.
If you have issues or need additional clarity, please reconnect on this thread.
Best,
Alec
