Hi team,
Could you please share how to evaluate the max Vos across -40~125C for AMC1311B-Q1?
For the +-1.5mV max, it is for 25C. And for 10uV/C TC, it is valid for full temperature range. Is my understanding correct?
if so, can I calculate the worst case Vos across temperature range is -1.5-0.01*(40-(-25)) to 1.5+0.01*(125-25), which is -2.2mV to 2.5mV when VDD1=5V ?
