OPA810: Supply current per amplifier

Part Number: OPA810

Hi,

I am looking for supply current per amplifier of the op-amp part OPA810IDCKR. In the datasheet Quiescent current per amplifier is given i.e. 4.7mA maximum (for +/-12V supply), supply current is not given in datasheet.

Please help me to get the supply current details. Usually supply current will be more than Quiescent current, can I consider the Quiescent current it self as supply current?

Thank you

Chaithra R

  • Hi Chaithra,

Yes, the quiescent current is the same as the supply current of the amplifier. This is the current consumption of the OPA810 device only and any current going into external components (e.g. load or feedback network) will be additional.
