from figure 7-24 of datasheet I would say 150kHz.

Yes, you may see in Fig 7-18 several higher harmonics at 300kHz, 450kHz. 600kHz, etc. of the fundamental chopping frequency so the chopping in fact occurs at ~150kHz.
