Hello,

I want to use LMH6626 (dual channels) instead of two LMH6624 (single channel) in TINA/Pspice. However, only the spice model of LMH6624 is available in TINA. Would you please be able to provide the model of LMH 6626? Thank you!

Hi Nima,

Our TINA LMH6624 model reflects both the LMH6626 and LMH6624 device performance, therefore we typically only model the single channel. Two LMH6624 models can be used in TINA to recreate a two channel LMH6626.

Thank you Ignacio for the quick response. If we use two LMH6624 instead of one LMH6626, we should keep two DC sources open (since LMH6626 has only two voltage source (V+ & V-) while two LMH6624 have 4 voltage sources in total). Please confirm this is correct.

Hi Nima,

You should have voltage sources (V+ and V-) for both LMH6624 models in TINA if outputs are expected from both channels. In the actual device (LMH6626) it would be only two sources. Leaving out power sources on one of the LMH6624 models will not give a result as the model is not powered.
