Part Number: THS4551
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI
Hello,
In the open loop gain plot for the THS4551 amplifier (Figure 7-37 on datasheet), there is a note below the figure that states "Simulated with a 1-kohm differential load and 0.6-pF internal feedback capacitors removed."
Does this mean that this plot is measured with the 1kOhm differential load (that is specified in the setup notes for the section) removed as well as the 0.6pF internal feedback capacitors, or with the 1kOhm differential load in place? The wording of the note is unclear, but the simulations using TINA-TI only match this plot when the 1kOhm load is removed. Can you confirm if this is what is meant by the note in the datasheet?
I am trying to understand if the load needs to be removed in the simulation because of a difference between the model and the real part, or if it needs to be removed because that is how the plot in the datasheet was obtained.
Thank you,
Nick
