The customer is trying to download the OPA365 TINA-TI Spice Model but it shows some error.

    Hello Ray,

    I can observe the same behavior on my end.  Please instruct the customer to download the TINA Reference Design .tsc file from the website and use the included OPA365 present in the circuit to copy/paste and build their simulation.  

    I will pass along this issue to see an anticipated timeline and resolution.  As end users can functionally simulate the OPA365 via the included .tsc file or the PSPICE file, this may not be an expedient fix.  I will update you on this matter once I have information to share.
