I built the circuit as shown in the file attached, and I'm measuring the current at 2 positions: AM1 and AM2. I expect that the current AM2 is a bit lower than AM1. I'm changing the input voltage Vs1 from 1V to 3,5V.
What I measured was: for input voltages higher than 2V, AM2 is higher than AM1. For ex, when AM1 is equalt to 2uA, AM2 is equalt to 2,5uA. (the load resistor R1 is set to 1M ohm).
Do you see any reason for this behavior?
And I'm wondering what is the difference between input bias current and input offset current mentioned in the data sheet, and what is the reason behind them?
