LM358: Oxidated leads, an authentic TI part?

Hey Archie,

This may be a roughened leadframe and look different from previous non-roughened leadframes. I have a couple questions

1. Is this on a single unit or across the reel?
2. Where was the part purchased from?
3. Do you have a picture of the sticker on the box?
