Hello Ohad,

The values look. Please verify the direction of the current. At the output verify you do not have a capacitor larger than 1nF or place an isolation resistor before the capacitance. If driving a SAR ADC with the output please see this Application Note. https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sboa443/sboa443.pdf

Hello Ohad,

With the 20kΩ isolation resistor I do not see an issue. I did simulate to verify and you just need to be aware of the long time constant before the circuit has settled.
