In order to use High Dose Rate TID test report, I need to knwo if the INA240-SEP is based on a full CMOS technology ?

The INA240-SEP is built on a BiCMOS process.

BiCMOS component are sensitive to dose rate, do you have Low dose rate TID test results I can use to see the INA240-SEP dose sensitivity for space application ?
