Hi All,

I have a question about the specs on the TLV271Q datasheet.

Have you checked the above contents with the same circuit diagram as the one below? Any special schematics?

    Hi Ishiwata,

    I would take figures 18 and 19 of datasheet as a reference for the slew rate circuit.

    Take care: While the slew rate of TLV271 is specified as 2.4V/us in the datasheet, the TINA-TI simulation is only showing about 0.28V/us. And the Spice model does not properly simulate load capacitance effects either. This has to do with the fact that the model of TLV271 is highly simplified and outdated.

    Ishiwata-san,

    The figures that Kai mentioned are measured data. 

    Your image is correct. The input amplitude is 1/2 of the supply voltage. VIL = 1/4 and VIH = 3/4
